3. Print Sales

When print sales are offered through this Site, the following terms apply:

• Limited editions: Each print run is limited. Once a run sells out, it will not be reprinted in that edition.
• Personal use only: Purchasing a print grants you a physical copy for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or grant any commercial use rights.
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of fine art prints, all sales are final unless the print arrives damaged or defective, in which case we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Shipping: Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Print Waitlist

Joining the print waitlist does not guarantee purchase of any print, nor does it constitute a contract or obligation on either party. Waitlist members are simply notified when prints become available and may purchase at that time, subject to availability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaden Astro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any products purchased through it.
